There are two ATMs located in the arena. One is located in the lobby and the other is located on the southeast corner of the concourse by the concessions.

• All bags and purses are subject to be searched before entering. Dr Pepper Arena does not allow firearms, weapons, full-sized bats, fireworks of any kind on property, or anything deemed a threat to public safety.

A courtesy phone for guests is located in the lobby at Guest Services.

There is one elevator located in the north lobby directly behind the escalator and another to access suites in the southwest corner.

Entrances are located on the northwest and northeast corners of the lobby,

There are two family restrooms located on the concourse level. One is on the southwest corner, and the other is on the southeast corner (by concessions).

Attendees are not permitted to enter Dr Pepper Arena with outside food or beverage of any kind. Dr Pepper Arena security reserves the right to inspect any package or container coming into the arena.

First aid is located in the lobby across from the guest services.

Guest Services is located on the first floor in the lobby by the skate rental desk.

• During an event all found items will be taken to Guest Services. To claim a lost article, visit Guest Services or call at 214-975-0972.

Re-Entry is not permitted.

There is a strict no smoking policy at Dr Pepper Arena. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside the facility, accessible via the Lobby on the ground floor. E-cigarettes are also prohibited inside the building.
