Hours of Operation
If a ticketed event takes place on a Saturday or Sunday, Dr Pepper Arena's box office will open two hours prior to the scheduled event start time. Otherwise, tickets may be purchased during the week at the Dallas Stars Executive Office reception desk during normal business hours Monday--Friday from 9 AM--4 PM.
In the event of a public on sale, the box office will open at the scheduled on sale time. The date and time of an event on sale will vary.

Will Call
Dr Pepper Arena's Will Call window will open two hours prior to the scheduled event start time. Please have a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets with you to collect your Will Call tickets.
Accessible Seating
To purchase ADA accessible seating to any Dr Pepper Arena event, call 214-387-5620 to speak with a box office representative.
Please note that all ticket sales to Dr Pepper Arena events are final.
